In-person classes

Students are allowed to cancel for the following reasons:

  • If you are sick and you provide a doctor’s note.
  • When the teacher cancels the class.
  • When class is cancelled due to severe weather conditions.
  • Family matters.

* No refunds allowed. Free makeup lessons are available for all the situations above.

Minimum 3 hour notification before a lesson otherwise make up lessons will not be allowed.

Online classes

Students are allowed to cancel for the following reasons:

  • If you are sick and you provide a doctor’s note.
  • When the teacher cancels the class.
  • Poor or unstable internet connection lasting more than 10 minutes.
  • Family matters.

* No refunds allowed. Free makeup lessons are available for all the situations above.

Minimum 3 hour notification before a lesson otherwise make up lessons will not be allowed.

Supplemental lessons

If any of the above reasons do not apply, you may take a supplemental lesson at the following rate: ￥2,500 (about $25CAD) for one class.

Payment

Pay the first and last month of lessons at the first lesson.

This way, when you stop taking classes, you will not have to pay for the last month.

Leaving class

Minimum one month notice before the last class.

No refund whatever.
