We use “~にいく” when we talk about going to a place to do something.

We can use “~にくる” and “~にかえる” in the same manner.


① Place+へ+Verbます+に+いく, くる, かえる


(ex) レストランへ ばんごはんを たべに いきました。
I went to a restaurant to have dinner.

(ex) ハワイへ かぞくりょこうに いきます。
I’m going on a family trip to Hawaii.
