I’m going to talk about class activities for someone who is interested in my class.
This is the first article for the series where I will tell you about the class atmosphere.
We did a language exchange with Japanese university students online in August, 2021.
My students introduced themselves in Japanese including their names, hobbies, and why they are learning Japanese.
The Japanese students were very surprised because my students spoke Japanese fluently.
One of my students is a TicToker and he told them about his video.
The Japanese are also learning English.
They tried to communicate in English as well.
My students explained English expressions, grammar or pronunciation.
I believe that this language exchange was meaningful for both Japanese and students.
I hope I will make another language exchange class someday.
